Another recent job was a call out to one of our regular customers as one of their holiday homes had lost all tv reception. With guests already arrived it needed to be fixed asap. 30 minutes after the initial call we had arrived onsite and already diagnosed the cable from aerial to booster was plugged in to the wrong hole. After retuning each television we were asked if possible to move a wall mounted tv to a better position. Whilst both aerial and tv wall mount is not something we normally offer, the drill and tools were on hand so we were happy to do this. Another job completed and another happy customer
