Todays job was a call out to a slow laptop in Cockermouth which was taking around 30 minutes to turn on.
We diagnosed the laptop to have a failing hard drive, We replaced the hard drive with a new ssd solid state hard drive which has not only saved the customer loosing all their files, it has also sped the machine up to load up within 20 seconds. We performed a clone of the old drive so all files, programs and windows were moved over to the new drive. Another happy customer who will also be taking our managed anti virus so we can continue to support them behind the scene.
