Replacing the battery in a laptop nowadays is not a simple flick of a switch on the bottom and it pulls out, they are internal and not always so easy to access. The job today shows how much more work there is to accessing them as the battery is the last part inside the machine. When we recieved this one for repair we ran a full diagnosis on the laptop even though it was just in for a battery as our hunch was the hard drive was also starting to fail. Our hunch was correct so we agreed to replace this at the same time within our fixed price cost. The old hard drive was cloned to the new drive and our standard windows file repair along with a clean up made sure the laptop was back running at its best.
