We had a computer come in which was not loading windows after having the latest windows update installed. The computer kept looping the windows diagnostic and automatic repair screen. We managed to remove the corrupt update which enabled the computer to load back to windows. We then run diagnostics as the machine was running slow and we found the hard drive to be faulty. The drive reports it has been in use for nearly 5 years so it has done well. We replaced the drive with a new solid state drive to help speed the machine up and cloned the old drive to the new solid state drive. This means the customer lost no data or programs in the process. After this we run a full clean and windows file repair to make sure the machine was running at its best.
