One of todays jobs was another slow laptop, We have diagnosed it with a faulty hard drive and replaced this with a new solid state hard drive. We performed a clone of the old hard drive so the customer did not loose any personal files or programs and run a full service of the machine, Solid state hard drives make the computer/laptop so much quicker then when they were new. The machine now runs as it should and has been saved from being replaced at a fraction of the cost of a new machine.
