Over the weekend we helped a new customer located in Italy with emails not sending or being received. They already had someone else look at this issue but failed. We identified the issue was due to too many emails in their sent folder. As they did not want to pay extra for extra hotmail storage, we came up with a solution to install an email program on their computer, download all of their emails and move the sent items from being stored on hotmail servers to just being stored on the laptop, This enabled their emails to work again the quickest way possible and without loosing any emails,
