A recent PS4 repair we had in was for the blu-ray drive not taking in disks, Upon inspection we found the plastics that hold the disk on to the laser had broken and the rollers had damage. We manually tried inserting a disk but the motor that pulls the disk in to the drive was also no functioning. A fuse on the daughterboard was the culprit, so a new blu-ray drive and a replacement fuse soldered and the PS4 is now back up and running
